Deacons Boatyard
A long term phased project to upgrade an existing busy marina in the heart of the south coast sailing community.
Following expansion and rebranding the Deacons site became the headquarters for Boatfolk, the country’s second largest marina group.
The project involved the provision of new offices, a restaurant, commercial and boat maintenance facilities, a new site layout and providing an improved entrance and site visibility.
